Mascot Skirt

ah yes my poor animation skills has made an appearance once again! the point of this picture was supposed to be how the mascot being all about fun and imagination the clothes can make imagination and characters come to life! so thats why i thought hey let me just attempt at animating to bring the character to life! hm! i guess tell me what you guys think of it (please be gentle of course I'm not one with many skills)
